Bubba | Feasting Table
It’s no secret, we are obsessed with farmhouse tables – we’re always looking for an excuse to create a new design, size, or custom stain. After noticing many of our couples pushing tables together to create a feasting table for their bridal party – our Bubba table was designed.
Did you know farmhouse tables are also referred to as harvest tables. Modern farmhouse tables have a rustic tabletop and often incorporate some type of galvanized steel or hairpin legs.
Some quick facts about the table:
- It comfortably seats 20 people when using standard chairs such as chiavaris with guests surrounding the table.
- French country chairs are a bit wider, when using them we’d recommend no more than 18 guests
- It is approximately 16ft long
- It weighs a ton. Okay, maybe not a ton but he is heavy!
- It’s perfect for dinner parties too 🙂
- It’s becoming one of our more popular table rentals (we’re off to build a few more)
Til next time friends!

Bar Styling
Let’s be honest, the bar is a key element of the wedding—for you and your guests! Gone are the days of sticking the bar in the corner, hoping it doesn’t sneak up in any photos. Your bar should make a statement and be an extension of the two of you! Whether you’re planning to serve signature drinks, craft beers, or artfully mixed cocktails, we’ve got you covered when it comes to the decor 🙂
What’s your wedding style?
It’s totally fine if you’re not sure! We can definitely assist you with coming up with the right catch phrase – southern chic? Boho? Retro? Whatever it is, we’ve got the little details to create an artful experience tying everything together. Let’s shake things up!

Once you’ve determined the style, think about some fun cocktails or mocktails to feature! Maybe you’re looking to throw it back a bit to a more retro vibe. The Classic Martini and Old Fashioned are a great way to use common bar inclusions with a dressed-up twist. Now all you need is the right bar front, glassware, and details!

Bubba Feasting Table | Inventory Highlight

The epitome of a table fit for royalty, our Bubba feasting table has enough elegance to elevate any event and the versatility to adapt to any vision or style. As one of the most unique and recognizable pieces in the RW Style inventory, Bubba is always ready to be the center of attention!
Although he may seem daunting because of his size, Bubba is surprisingly adaptable to any seating situation – he can be a showstopping head table for eight or a grand feasting table for twenty. Really want to make a statement? Rent a few Bubba tables to frame your dance floor or rent a few more and use them as reception tables to seat all your wedding guests.

While his size makes him stand out in a crowd, his design is what makes him extraordinary. Although Bubba is the same size as two of our popular Caroline farm tables, his one-of-a-kind pedestal means there’s no seam where two Caroline tables would meet. Since Bubba’s base supports the middle of the table from underneath, there are no table legs for your guests to compete with – meaning you can fit an extra guest on each long side. Now that’s what I call ingenuity!
Rustic, glam, bohemian – Bubba can do it all. Check out these photos of him in action and I’m sure you’ll fall head over heels for him as I did.

All About the Social Lounge

The social lounge is the newest bridal trend and we are absolutely obsessed {you’ve probably seen lots of posts we’ve shared about them ?}! Not only does a lounge add a dramatic and chic statement to your décor, but it can also serves a purpose {giving your guests a stylish area to mix and mingle} so you can feel awesome about making the investment.
Lounge furniture can offer so many unique opportunities on the big day:
- A great area for photos, especially bridal portraits.
- Creates a cool area near the bar for guests to enjoy during cocktail hour.
- Place the lounge near the dance floor so guests can enjoy the show, or take a breather from all the fun!
- The perfect addition to any photo booth backdrop.

Soft seating also provides a practical {and fashionable} solution to having extra seating for guests who may not be planning on dancing the night away.
Check out the photos below for some amazing lounge and style inspiration!

Jewel Toned Lounge
Did someone ask for a mid-century inspired lounge? Yes, yes they did.
And I obliged!
Designing with bold, rich, colors is my absolute fav! In this rental collection, I paired the Dorie sofa with Garnet chairs blending a blue and merlot color palette. The lounge was accented with a combination of short and tall arrangements from my go to floral designer – Flowers by Lesley – giving the lounge a dramatic and elegant feel.

The great thing about this rental grouping is the versatility of going inside of a luxurious ballroom or outside at a venue such as The Acre Orlando or Cypress Grove Estate House. This particular one is going to the Orange County Convention Center for a few days 😉
Quick tip: when designing lounges for multi-day rentals, we choose floral that doesn’t require a lot of TLC and oftentimes opt for potted plants or lots of greenery.

Did you notice Lacie pictured above? Textiles is her thing! No matter what venue we’re traveling to throughout Central Florida, you can best believe she has a neatly packed bin of pillows, rugs for layering, and throws to add a pop of color. She’s is a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to “tossing” said pillows, too.
Before I forget, the pictured mid-century modern buffet (yeah, the one hiding in the corner) – his name is Harry.
Designer tip: adding a buffet or sideboard to a lounge grouping gives the renter extra storage for collateral/marketing materials. If the lounge is being used at a wedding, the extra storage is great for favors or storing gifts.

RW Giveaway : Winter
Jewel Tones // Spring Inspiration
One of the things our couples love most about Cypress Grove is the Old Florida feel which is so hard to find anymore, especially in Orlando! Once surrounded by orange groves, we wanted to play into that old Florida citrus plantation feel and use the Estate’s surroundings to complement that aesthetic.

With the sunlight reflecting off gorgeous Lake Jessamine, golden rays project stunning shades of pinks and oranges which we wanted to capture in the showcased floral. The house itself stands beautifully in a crisp white with emerald green shutters to accent so the same palette was used for our linens and candy buffet. We wanted to show our couples the very landscapes they fell in love with could be implemented into their wedding day details.

We focused on rentals that our couples love to see – a unique dessert display, wood elements, and rustic chairs to complement. Our emerald buffet was the perfect accent piece to Florida Candy Buffet’s colorful display. Our Wesley farm tables and matching French Country Chairs added the southern elegance our couples love and paired wonderfully with our linen covered Captain’s tables! Incorporating two table styles adds such a fun design element 😉

Cypress Grove | Blush + Copper
Introducing Kylie
Anytime we get to dress up Cypress Grove Estate House, we’re excited. Oh, but when we get to design with new tables and chairs **slow clapping*** YES!! Our Kylie farmhouse tables and sand Louis chairs were the perfect addition to this blush and copper color palette.
Styling tip: mix the metals and step away from traditional vessels
We brought in some vintage candlesticks to eclectically clash with the copper flatware. Flowers by Lesley use blush ceramic vessels from our styling inventory for the arrangements. And let us not overlook the tall tapers to add a little touch of drama!
Shout out to our pals at Dishie Rentals for the blush stoneware and copper flatware!

Curating a collection
Yes, we’re pickers; we’re always sourcing and gathering new items for our vintage inventory. During downtime, we can be found at local antique fairs, boutique shops, and flea markets.
While working through a local market, I passed these vintage carts several times. They were filthy, tarnished, missing wheels and needed a lot of TLC. Then Dede spotted them and immediately saw potential. For instance, floral stands or dessert stands.
After a few weeks in the shop, she’s done and ready for events! Meet, Iceland.
Seems like Dede and Flowers by Lesley had the perfect idea for this floral stand. Afterall, why would we let gorgeous blooms go to waste. Guests can easily enjoy them for days following the event!
Special thanks to AIS Portraits for the stunning photos.
Bohemian Inspired | The Acre Orlando
Bohemian Tablescape at The Acre Orlando
Our bohemian brides love The Acre Orlando, almost as much as we do for weddings + social events. After all, what’s not to love.
The space below is their Mirror Patio – it’s covered with ivy walls complete with outdoor fireplace. Our design team added a macrame chandelier above the feasting table. Our feasting table was dressed with Shibori inspired linen from Nuage Designs and an array of eclectic centerpieces.
We’ve been obsessed with shades of blue for quite some time – naturally, we were excited when the chosen palette included textiles (full of texture) in warm shades of blue. The table arrangements featured gold cacti, terrariums, blue pottery filled vases protea and exotic wild flowers. We decided to keep the table design eclectic by blending wood table chargers with crystal coupes and sleek flatware.
***did you peep the hanging macrame in the “windows” – it was a perfect accent to their ivy wall. When designing, our stylist will help you enhance and bring out the natural elements of your chosen venue. You know, like hanging macrame in open spaces.
This bohemian inspired tablescape featured the following rentals: captain tables, macrame chandelier, french country chairs, and blue vases. Our friends at Treasury Rentals provided the wood chargers, flatware and glassware. Stationery was provided by Andi Mejia Designs.
Our girl, Lesley, with Flowers by Lesley whipped up the floral and it was captured by The Hendricks.
Real Wedding // Melissa + Jen
We’ll admit it – blogging our events is something we need to get better with. Why not start with a few of our favorite events over the past couple of years! First up, Melissa + Jen’s hip wedding reception.
These ladies were some of the coolest we’ve worked with in a long time. Between their taste in fashion, floral, music and food – I felt a personal invite to the wedding would have been acceptable since we were long lost friends 🙂
Random: Can you believe this image below was taken at Cypress Grove Estate House? We love when photographers capture the property’s uniqueness. I’m sure you’re wondering where this is located – it’s to the left of the gazebo, along the path, past the trees… (sounds like fairy tale directions, huh ;))
Getting Ready/The First Look
Back to their wedding – Let’s start by breaking all the traditions! Not only did they see each other prior to the ceremony, they got ready together at Grand Bohemian Hotel. Watching Melissa and Jen, through the lens of Gian Carlo Photography, help each other with hair, makeup, polish and everything in between was so heart warming and exciting. The love these ladies have for each other is a pure joy to witness.
The Wedding Party
It was inevitable that their wedding party would be just as cool as them – these ladies and gents exude a cool and confident demeanor. Their personalities were reflective, not only in the dresses and ties they wore, but the floral bouquets and boutonnieres too. Oh, and did you notice the bride’s bouquets and how uniquely different they are.
Floral provided by Flowers by Lesley
Decor + Floral
Ain’t no party like a Cypress Grove party, cause a Cypress Grove party don’t stop (until 10pm, that is – silly noise ordinance). Not only was the music a priority, the decor was at the top of the list too. They layout included a couple of vintage social lounges (complete with cigars), family style seating, and so many little details.
