Wedding Tips for Furry Friends

We love love love the fur babies and we love them even more when they get to join in on the festivities! Having them be apart of such a big day makes for the most special memories, plus they’re just so stinkin’ cute in wedding pics 😁

Including pets in the big day can be a bit of a fete in and of itself. There are some extra things to thing about and we’re here to share our top tips!

  • Keep a lint roller handy! If you’re taking pics before the ceremony, make sure you check all the outfits for fur.
  • Getting married inside at Luxmore? Bring a blanket or something similar so your pooch has somewhere to sit during the ceremony. Our floors are slick and they’ll end up splooting without one 😜
  • Get the cute outfit! 
  • Consider hiring a pet sitter to be onsite – they’ll take care of all the things day of.
  • If your pet is crate trained, consider bringing it with you along with their favorite toy. They may want to chill out in a space they’re familiar with.
