Details & Moments Straight out of a Fairytale
Our team can’t stop reminiscing about the gorgeous spring wedding we hosted for Madison and Nicholas earlier this year! During the planning process, while chatting through the couple’s design style and aesthetic, Alexis Kline Photography mentioned, “Madi and Nick really wanted the day to feel intimate and they wanted to spend as much of the day together as possible. With them both working at Disney, they wanted a day that was romantic, elegant, but still classic.”
The Ceremony
Guests were welcomed into the space by sparkling chandeliers, dreamy draping, and that stunning ceremony arch! The couple paired their ceremony decor with our Gold Louis Chairs, which also made their appearance at the reception.
Reception Details
A personality driven lounge set full, of textures and textiles with seating in front of the fireplace, was staged in the Estate Room. A perfect place for guests to take a break from the festivites and kick up their feet! Madison and Nicholas paired our (now retired) Melody Sofa, Madelyn Arm Chairs, Hexton Coffee Table, and Milo End Tables with a styled rug. We can’t forget the Abigail Table they placed in the Foyer as their welcome table, surrounded by greenery touches on the Grande Staircase by Flowers By Lesley.
From her photographer’s lens, Alexis captured the upgraded Louis Chairs and Champagne Pink Glam Chargers, which really elevated the reception look in the Grande Ballroom!
Keeping it light-hearted and fun for their introduction, Madison and Nicholas met on the dance floor wearing sunglasses and big smiles for their first dance as newlyweds! Kristin, with Our DJ Rocks, and her team had the most excitement creating a playlist for this couple that would be enjoyed by everyone in the room. “There was something incredibly special about Madison and Nicholas’s choice to curate a wedding that brought out their personalities through music. The couple carefully selected every song, whether it was the nostalgic ‘Mr. Brightside’ for a burst of energy or ‘Everytime We Touch’ for an EPIC dance floor moment. We loved creating those unforgettable transitions that flowed perfectly, keeping the crowd energized and adding to the high-spirited vibe they wanted. Seeing their joy and hearing the cheers from the crowd during those epic moments made it a night we’ll never forget.” The vibes were unmatched!
Ivory draping mixed with light pink uplights in every corner of the room, presented by LGT Productions, created the perfect ambiance for a packed dance floor with family and friends.
Every vendor picked by Madison and Nicholas helped shape this dream wedding and filled the day with life-long memories for everyone involved. Priscilla Locke with Melanie Paige Events remembers her favorite aspect of coordinating this wedding as, “Madi and Nick were literally the sweetest. We always love when we get to work with BOTH bride and groom when planning as we get to learn their story and dynamic. Both Madi and Nick were always present and together each step of the way. The excitement every time we tackled a new vendor or mapped out a detail was contagious. It was magic from the beginning.”
After a sparkler grand exit, Exotic Limo pulled out the red carpet for Madison and Nicholas to hop in their getaway car to their happily every after!
