Social Media + Marketing Manager
The primary function and purpose of this position is to develop, implement, and maintain a social media marketing plan for all RW Events brands. This is to include managing the blog, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, as well as other platforms. The Social Media + Marketing Manager is a motivated, creative individual with a passion for connecting with past, current, and future clients.
Job Description
- Develop brand awareness and online reputation
- Implement an editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific campaigns
- Manage all content related assets to include: print, web, and editorial features
- Consistently design, publish, and manage relevant, original, high-quality content for all brands. This includes interacting with users and engaging in dialogue.
- Design and create email marketing campaigns
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
- Research and analyze trends within our industry
- Expand community outreach efforts through purposeful networking
- Compile reports for managing ROI
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein
- Evening and Weekend availability required
Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- BA or BS degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related field
- Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written
- Witty with a great sense of humor
- Creative and self-motivated
- Computer skills are a must
- Knowledge of: WordPress, InDesign, Social Media Platforms, and SEO
